Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt
As my inbox fills up every morning with daily newsletters and sale announcements, I tell myself that today is going to be the day when I unsubscribe rather than simply hitting delete, but for some reason I never take care of that simple task. Maybe I don’t want to risk missing out on an email I will find incredibly interesting.

About a month ago in one of those emails, I saw a clever mix-in for Greek yogurt, and I have been hooked on this version ever since. Inspired to transform my snack into a healthy dessert, I pulled out the ice cream maker. This peanut butter graham cracker frozen yogurt had me doubling my Greek yogurt consumption.

Peanut Butter Graham Cracker Frozen Yogurt

Makes about 1 quart

2 cups 2% Greek yogurt
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup crumbled graham crackers

In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, peanut butter, milk, honey and salt. Churn in an ice cream maker following the manufacturer’s instructions. Fold in the graham crackers before transferring to a container to freeze until firm.
