Drizzle the zucchini and corn with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Grill the zucchini and corn.
Let the veggies cool slightly. Dice the zucchini and slice the kernels off the corn.
Put the zucchini, corn, tomatoes, Parmesan, scallions and parsley in a large bowl.
Whisk together the garlic vinaigrette.
Stir the salad together with the vinaigrette.
