Chopped Peanuts

Baking Soda

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Grease a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

In a large bowl, stir together the mashed bananas, oil, eggs, milk and peanut butter.

Gently fold the flour mixture into the wet ingredients.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Top with chopped peanuts before you put it in the oven.

Bake the loaf until it is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center has a few crumbs on it, about 1 hour 15-25 minutes.
