Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.  Save 1/2 cup of the cooking water.

In a large skillet, warm the pesto over medium heat. Stir in the lemon juice and reserved cooking water. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Stir the gnocchi into the pesto. It should be well coated with more sauce in the bottom of the skillet.

Stir in the sun dried tomatoes and spinach. It will take 1-2 minutes for the spinach to wilt.

Fold in the toasted pine nuts, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
