Sheet Pan Teriyaki Tofu  & Broccolini

Soy Sauce

Ginger & Garlic

Salt Pepper

Sesame Seeds

Maple Syrup

Vegetable Oil

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.  Wrap the tofu with a towel. Put a cast iron skillet on top of it to press out the liquid for 15 minutes. Then cut it into cubes.

Simmer the soy sauce, water, maple syrup, mirin, ginger and garlic for 2 minutes.  In a bowl, whisk the cornstarch and water. Pour it into the sauce and simmer until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.

On half the sheet pan, bake the tofu for 10-12 minutes until it is lightly golden.

Flip over the tofu and add the broccolini to the other half of the pan.

Bake for 10 minutes until the tofu is golden and the broccolini is bright green.

Toss the tofu and broccolini with half the sauce. You can serve the rest of the sauce in a bowl on the side.

Garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
