Roasted Broccoli Pesto Pasta

Toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Roast the broccoli until it is lightly browned at the edges.

Put the broccoli, pine nuts, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor.

Puree with olive oil into a chunky pesto.

Stir the pesto into a bowl of penne pasta.
