Fresh Mozzarella



White Balsamic Vinegar


Slice the medium to large tomatoes and halve the smaller ones. Slice the peaches. Tear the mozzarella into pieces.

To make the vinaigrette, whisk the pesto, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Use a large serving dish to plate the salad. Alternate with peaches, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves.

As you arrange the salad ingredients, drizzle them with the pesto vinaigrette. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
