Homemade  Cranberry Sauce

Orange Peel

Put the cranberries, figs, sugar, orange peel and water in a medium saucepan.

Bring the ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat.

Reduce the heat and simmer the sauce until it thickens, about 18-20 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. The sauce will thicken more as it cools.
