Balsamic Vinegar

Parsley & Chives


Red  Pepper  Flakes

Salt & Pepper

Put the sweet potatoes in a pot with enough salted water to cover them. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 10-12 minutes.

Mash the potatoes by pureeing them in a food mill or ricer. Or mash them with a potato masher or fork.

Put the potatoes in a large pot over low heat. Stir in the balsamic, vinegar, honey, milk, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Spoon the mashed potatoes into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley and chives.
