Green Beans

Garlic Honey

Red Wine Vinegar

Kalamata Olives


Simmer the green beans in salted boiling water until crisp-tender, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl of ice water. Drain and pat dry before adding to the salad.

In a large bowl, combine the green beans, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, scallions, Parmesan and parsley.

To make the vinaigrette, whisk the garlic, mustard, honey, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and olive oil in a bowl.

Drizzle the vinaigrette into the salad. Toss to combine.
