Trim the brussels sprouts and slice them thinly lengthwise. Preheat the oven to 400F with 2 sheet pans on the racks.

Whisk together the honey, sriracha, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Stir in the brussels sprouts.

Spread the brussels sprouts on the preheated sheet pans.

Roast the brussels sprouts until they are browned and crisp at the edges.
