Everything Bagel Seasoning

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.  Combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Stir in the olive oil and water until a shaggy dough forms. You should only be able to see a little of the flour mixture.

Knead the dough for a few minutes and form it into a smooth ball. Loosely cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.

On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough into a rough rectangle that's about 1/16-inch thick.  Use a pizza cutter or fluted pastry cutter and a ruler to cut out your crackers. 

Arrange the unbaked crackers on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan. Brush with water and and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Bake the crackers until they are golden brown 12-14 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely and crisp up.
