Oven-Baked  Carrot French Fries

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Peel the carrots and cut them into batons.

In a large bowl, stir the carrots with cumin, hot smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Spread the carrots across a sheet pan. Make sure they are in a single layer and not overlapping.

Bake the carrots until they are browned and crisp at the edges and soft in the middle, about 22-27 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with parsley and chives before serving.
