Oven-Roasted  Sriracha Lime Chickpeas

Olive Oil

Canned Chickpeas

Flaky Sea Salt

Juice of a Lime

Chopped Parsley


Kosher Salt Black Pepper

Pour the chickpeas into a colander. Rinse them with water and pat them dry with a towel. Remove any loose skins from the chickpeas.

For the spicy marinade, whisk together the sriracha, lime juice, olive oil, kosher salt and black pepper in a large bowl.

Add the chickpeas to the bowl with the marinade. Stir them around so they are coated in the mixture.

Use a slotted spoon to transfer the chickpeas to a sheet pan. Spread them out, so they are in a single layer.

Garnish the roasted chickpeas with chopped parsley and flaky sea salt.

Roast at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes until the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy.
