Salt Pepper

Mince the garlic cloves in the bowl of a food processor.

Add the parsley leaves, walnuts, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Process the ingredients until they are finely chopped.

With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil through the feeder tube until the pesto is pureed and combined.

Toss cooked pasta with the parsley pesto and a splash of the pasta cooking water. Top with chopped walnuts and Parmesan cheese.
