Grilled Pineapple Salsa


Olive Oil

Red Peppers


Red Onions


Salt & Pepper


Lime Juice

Brush the pineapple slices and red bell peppers with olive oil.

Grill the pineapple and red peppers for 2-3 minutes per side until they have grill marks.

Chop the pineapple slices. Discard the core in the center.

Chop the grilled red peppers.

Combine the pineapple, peppers, red onions, jalapenos, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Stir together the salsa ingredients until they are fully mixed together.
