Ramp Pesto  Garlic Bread

Parmesan

Olive Oil

Lemon Juice

Salt Pepper

Ramps

Walnuts

Mozzarella

Chives

Combine the ramp stems & leaves, walnuts, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt & pepper in a food processor.

Finely chop all the ingredients.

With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil. Puree the pesto until it is smooth and combined.

Preheat the broiler on high.

Drizzle the bread with olive oil and spread on the ramp pesto.

Top with slices of mozzarella cheese. Toast the bread under the broiler until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.

Spread pesto on the garlic bread and finish with minced chives.
