Roasted Dry-Rubbed Turkey Breast





Kosher Salt

Onion Powder

Red Pepper Flakes

Black Pepper

Garlic Powder

Dried spices in seasoning mix:

Combine the rosemary, thyme, oregano, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Put the turkey breast skin side up on a rack inside a roasting pan. Rub the spice mix on the turkey breast. Let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Roast the turkey for 30 minutes. Lower the oven to 375 degrees F and continue roasting for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. The turkey is done when it reaches 165 degrees F in the thickest part of the breast.

Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving it. Arrange the sliced turkey on a serving platter with fruit, greens  and fresh herbs.
