Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan

In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Spread out the asparagus spears, so they are in a single layer and not overlapping.

On a sheet pan, toss the asparagus in the olive oil-lemon marinade.

Combine the Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the asparagus with the Parmesan and breadcrumbs.

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.

Roast the asparagus until it turns bright green, but it is still crisp, about 7 minutes.
