Roasted Parmesan Lemon Asparagus

Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Toss the asparagus in the olive oil-lemon juice mixture.

Stir together the Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the asparagus with the Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs.

Roast the asparagus until it turns bright green, but it is still crisp, about 8 minutes.
