One-Bowl Salted Fudge Brownies

Cocoa Powder

Vanilla Extract

Butter

Flour

Eggs

Granulated Sugar

Bittersweet Chocolate

Flaky Sea Salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large pot, bring 1 inch of water to a simmer over low heat on the stove. Place a bowl on top of it with the chocolate and butter, stirring to melt them.

Remove the bowl from the heat. Stir in the sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.

Mix in the eggs until the mixture is fully combined.

Slowly fold the all-purpose flour into the brownie batter.

Spread the batter into a parchment-paper lined 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Drag a knife through the batter to swirl in the salt.

Bake the brownies until they are just set, about 30-35 minutes.  A toothpick inserted in the center should come out with moist crumbs on it.

Let the brownies cool to room temperature. Then remove them from the pan and cut them into equal squares.
