Southwestern Avocado Pasta Salad

Cook the pasta and rinse with cold water.

Grill the corn and slice the kernels off the cobs.

Combine the avocado, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, cumin, salt & pepper in a food processor or blender. 

Puree until smooth.

Stir the corn, black beans, tomatoes, radishes, scallions, cilantro and avocado dressing into the pasta.
