Stone Fruit Salad with Gorgonzola 

Use a mix of sliced stone fruit including peaches, nectarines, plums & cherries. 

For the vinaigrette, whisk together pesto, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper. 

Add the stone fruit, arugula, Gorgonzola, pistachios and chives to the bowl. Toss to coat in the vinaigrette.
