Garlic & Spices
Heat the olive oil in an ovenproof pan. Saute the onions.
Add the mushrooms.
Stir in the garlic, thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Add the spinach and continue sauteing until it has wilted.
Pour in the tomato puree.
Stir in the gnocchi and grated mozzarella.
Top with torn mozzarella. Bake until the gnocchi is tender and the cheese has melted.
