Vegetarian  Sheet Pan Nachos

Spread the tortilla chips across an entire sheet pan.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips.

Add the black beans, corn, tomatoes and red onions. Also, spoon on the refried beans.

Bake the nachos until the cheese melts, about 5-7 minutes.

Top with the remaining shredded cheese.

Finish the nachos with sliced jalapenos, chopped cilantro and salsa before serving.
