Tomato Peach  Burrata Salad

Baby Arugula

White Balsamic Vinegar

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper






To make the vinaigrette, whisk the pesto, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl big enough for the entire salad.

Stir the halved tomatoes and sliced peaches into the vinaigrette. Let them marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Arrange the peaches and tomatoes on a serving dish. Sprinkle on the arugula and chives. You can split the burrata in half and drizzle it with the vinaigrette.

Or you can tear the burrata into pieces and scatter them over the entire salad.
