Ingredients

  • 2 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
