Paige Adams is the founder of Last Ingredient, where she shares simple seasonal recipes featuring fruits and vegetables for summer, fall, winter and spring cooking.

Experience

Paige has been cooking and developing recipes since 2010. Drawing on her culinary training and hands-on experince, her approach to recipe development involves testing ingredients and methods for flavor, timing and results.

Paige discovered her love of cooking and baking while working as an interior designer. Her work in the corporate world took her from Chicago to London, where she spent 3 years exploring neighborhoods and farmers markets. While in London, she completed a food writing course at Leithโ€™s School of Food and Wine in 2010.

After returning to Chicago, she went to culinary school at night while continuing with her design work. She also spent weekends at Lush Wine & Spirits working as a cook, server and wine expert.

Paige started Last Ingredient in 2013 as a creative outlet alongside her design career. Last Ingredient brings together what she has learned through travel, food writing, culinary school and restaurant experience.

Her favorite season is summer.

She starts her every morning with a Peloton ride.

After working out, she makes an iced oat latte and bakes a cinnamon scone.

She loves playing golf with her family. 

She was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. (Go Bengals!)
